Not sure what to say?

John and I had one of the greatest conversations of my life when he called me to congratulate me on a write up in the Villanova Magazine right before he passed. I thanked him for being such a great friend to me at Villanova and for taking over my job driving children to school whenever I needed him. His most precious gift was telling me to have total peace about our school days and to drop any past grievances because we were blessed with the greatest years of our life. God Bless You John...

Sure miss John's smile and our get together's. We would chat, drink the good stuff and maybe even smoke a cigar.

My memories of John are ones of joy and great friendship. I will remember him always and the lessons in life that he taught me right up to the end. I´m still learning John. God Bless!

Dear Debra and family, Have been wanting to share this photo with you. We traveled to SF and met our youngest and her husband. I reached out to John and he gave me some tips on where to go, etc. We met for dinner at Scoma's and he gave us a tip to eat at Tomasso's (one of the BEST Italian meals EVER). This photo was taken after dinner. The folder he's holding is photos from when we were at Villanova! I mean it was SO organized and I remember thinking to myself, "Only someone like John...

Debra - My condolences on your loss. I just found out on December 8 and was saddened by the loss of my dear friend from our Atari days in the 70´s/80´s. I will never forget our fun times and the positive impact he had on me. Regards, Steve

I just found out ion Sept 7 2023 that my dear friend John passed. He called me last year when I was mentioned in the alumni magazine and I had a chance to thank him for being such a great friend at Villanova I put myself through school by driving disabled children to school. The route was long and difficult. John would take it over when I needed to be away and he never wanted to get paid for helping me. His last phone call to me was to remind me that those years at Villanova were truly...

Debra, I am saddened to learn of John´s passing and will miss his great warm friendly smile in the Grill and wine events at Claremont. It was a pleasure for me to briefly visit with you, the girls and John at a dinner you enjoyed as a family in the Grill. He was beaming with pride in sharing his " Wildcat" alma mater with Alexandra. I will always remember his grand smile voice and laughter coupled with his knowledge and enjoyment of wine at the CCC corks and forks. My sincere love and...

John played In the Clarinet section of the Urquhart Memorial Concert Band for many Years. As the conductor of the band, I know I speak for the whole band in expressing our Condolences to his family. John was always very friendly to all the band members. I am sorry that I was not aware of his memorial service. I would have liked to attend.

John, what could I POSSIBLY add to that wonderful memorial. Glad we got to connect during my visit to SF and at our 45th reunion at VU. Glad you had a chance to meet my wife and one of our kids, too!!!
