Our family came to know Corky thru Storm Club Baseball.In 1997 with the help of Corky's great coaching our team went to the Babe Ruth World Series in New York. He was not only one of the very best coaches our son has ever had, but also a great man.. true to himself, an inspiration,and good friend to his players and also their family's. Dear Linda and children and Johnny's children...
My sister and I grew up with Johnny on Cabot Drive. When we were all hanging out on the corner, he was always sitting atop the mailbox; always smiling; always laughing. One of the neighbors told me the other day that he taught himself to bat left handed because Johnny was left handed. We all looked up to him. What a great guy! He will be missed by all.
