Our family came to know Corky thru Storm Club Baseball. In 1997 with the help of Corky's great coaching our team went to the Babe Ruth World Series in New York. He was not only one of the very best coaches our son has ever had, but also a great man.. true to himself, an inspiration, and good friend to his players and also their family's. I can still see his huge smile, and that sparkle in his eyes. Corky's guidance and leadership helped in molding a great team of quality players who are successful men today. Our prayers are with all his family as he will be greatly missed. Much love and friendship, The Ritter Family

Dear Linda and children and Johnny's children...
My sister and I grew up with Johnny on Cabot Drive. When we were all hanging out on the corner, he was always sitting atop the mailbox; always smiling; always laughing. One of the neighbors told me the other day that he taught himself to bat left handed because Johnny was left handed. We all looked up to him. What a great guy! He will be missed by all.

My Sincere Condolences. I knew Johnny Joe as kids in the same neighborhood, and Assumption School -he loved to play baseball- a great home run hitter! Met him again at Bacon boosters- a true gentleman.

Linda -
I am so sorry for your loss..my deepest sympathy to yours and Joe's families. Your son Doug went to school with my son John, and Megan went to school with my other son, Nolan. I also knew Joe from Mt. Healthy HS,even though he graduated 3 years before me. May your entire family feel God's love and peace in the days ahead.
