John was an amazing man and friend. I always enjoyed his ability to be nonchalant and cool and not let anything bother him. I remember first meeting him (John having all perfect shooting scores) and how he'd help me in the academy with pistol shooting when he didnt have to. His positivity and leadership will be missed.

At Mason Bagwell´s birthday party in the summer after kindergarten Liam went in the pool with out swimmers. He begged me for the last 10 minutes if he could try to swim without them, after the cake and the party was almost over. Liam jumped in the deep end and didn´t come back up and Sean yelled to his dad amd John literallay jumped in with his flip phone and clothes as he was in the gated pool area and I was not and dragged Liam out of the pool. And Tina Brennet and Rebecca had to attend to Liam. It was an awful experience for everyone and it made me more vigilant around pools moving forward.. John saved Liam´s life that day. I will be forever grateful. Prayers to your hero in so many ways Reyly and Sean.

Hard to believe you are gone. Our family, as well as many others, miss you greatly. From our get together in Disneyland you have a special place in our hearts and Vanessa´s heart. Vanessa was young then - just 5 years old - you make our vacation a very enjoyable and memorable for us and Vanessa. We enjoyed your visit in Colorado with Sean and Reyly! On our visit to you in Connecticut , your chef expertise with the fresh lobsters, will always remain in our memories. John is very generous, kind, thoughtful person I´ve ever meet. Not enough nice words to describe him as a person. We are very grateful to have him as part of our family and very much appreciate everything he has done for us. You are loved beyond words and missed beyond measure. You maybe gone from our sight but you never gone from our heart. Goodbye John, until we meet again! Rest In Peace!
Love and prayers,
Chris , Lucy and Vanessa

Our deepest condolences Reyly and Sean! John was the most proud and loving husband and father. There was never any question who came first in John's life.
We always enjoyed John's hospitality and the day we spent with y'all last summer was the best day of our summer vacation. He so enjoyed taking care of all of us.
John will live on in all of our hearts!

To the Cordock family, The Delta Team staff cannot express enough how much John meant to our team. John was always willing to go out of his way to help do anything to make our shift more enjoyable. He would cook awesome meals for holidays and special occasions, talk your ear off about whatever you wanted to discuss. He was universally loved on every team. He talked constantly about Sean and how proud he was of the man he had become. Johns was family and you guys will always be part of our family. If you ever need anything you can always count on us to help in any way we can. We love you and you are in our thoughts and prayers.

Cordock was an amazing empathetic man. The joy that came to his face when he spoke of his family was inspiring. He was so in love with his wife! His son was his world. Those two people must be pretty amazing people to have someone speak so greatly of them all the time. I´m honored to of been able to have such a great work friend. Thank you to his family for allowing us to have a part of his light. He may be gone. But he will never be forgotten. That light he carried in his heart will forever burn and illuminate the way for so many in this life. Please smile in his memory and remember that tears that fall for him are not one´s weakness. But ones vulnerability at a time of healing. We all will take different roads and paths to healing. I wish all the best in this hard time. If anyone is in need of anything. Never be worried to reach out. Millstone Delta Team has strong shoulders and we will help carry any weight one may need. Wether it is needed to walk beside, behind, in front or just to watch you walk in peace. We are all here.

John was truly one of the most generous, personable, friendly, helpful people I have ever met. Kelsey Ave will never be the same without him and we mourn and grieve along with you and your entire family. He always had time to chat with whoever stopped by when he was outside tending the garden or splitting logs with Finn always at his side. Starting a conversation with John was always easy, ending the conversations was always difficult as there was so much to talk about with him. We will miss him so very much and pray that Sean, Reyly and her parents can take comfort that God needed John sooner rather than later-our loss is heaven's gain. Our sincerest and prayerful condolences to the entire Cordock family. May God be your comfort in this most difficult time and bring you peace and strength in the days ahead. Please know you can always count on your neighbors to help however we can.

I met John in our initial training class at work. I had the pleasure of working with him for 4 months during that period. He was always the voice of reason I'm stressful situations as well as quick to crack a joke to ease tension during those times as well. I didn't get a chance to see him often over the last several years but when I did it was always great to see him and chat about what he had going on in the kitchen. I will miss him a great deal.
