John W. CUDMORE M.D.

Dr. Cudmore was my doctor in the late 90's. He was caring, funny and always took the time to explain everything. I think of him often and I am here today because of him. Dr. Cudmore will always have a place in my heart. RIP Dr. C

I´m saddened to have just learned of Dr Cudmore´s passing. At the tender age of 18 I began working at HCP on High St as a medical records clerk. Being so young I was a bit intimidated by many of the Dr´s and even more so when I learned that Dr Cudmore was a Brigadier General in the Army. That didn´t last long..he sensed that I was nervous and asked me why. I told him I wasn´t sure how to address him,´Sir, Dr Cudmore, General Cudmore..did I need to salute him??? He chuckled, extended his hand...

RIP DR. Cudmore. If you were not my doctor in 1996 to 1998 I would not be here right now! You were a caring and very dedicated doctor. I owe you my life. You will always be in my heart! Thank you to a wonderful man.

To Sue, Jane & Willam...I was so sorry to hear about Jacks passing. I always enjoyed our visits. I loved his kindness to everyone around him. His knowledge from health, history to great places to go and visit was extraordinary. My sincere condolences, Joanne Polak

Dear Mrs. Cudmore and family. Marcia and I send our sincere condolences. We knew Dr. Cudmore since 1978 at BGH and HCP. He was an excellent surgeon who helped me over the years in BGH and his medical advice was much appreciated. He was an outstanding person and physician. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. My condolences to Bill and your family on the loss of your father. His medical career spanned decades in various settings providing excellent care for so many. His Health Care Plan and Univera colleagues were very fortunate to have known him.

Jane, So sorry about the loss of your Dad. He was an incredible person, who taught me some important life skills when we worked at Health Care Plan. I'm grateful that I got to know such a true patriot and caring gentleman.
