Dr. John J. Czajka

Dr. Czajka was the best pediatrician ever! His patience and personal attention to my needs and those of my children allowed all of us to survive the growing years.

He will be sorely missed and you have my sympathy for your loss and the loss of so many families graced by his care.

Thank you Dr. Czajka for taking care of my two children all those years ago. Rest in peace.

Dr. Czajka was my Pediatrician when i was young and basically saved my life by diagnosing my having Meningitis when I was 3 years old. I'm 58 now and doing fine. He was my favorite doctor out of all the ones I've seen over the years. My sincerest sympathies to his family and fiends. Everyone should have a doctor like him.

I was lucky to get to know Dr. Czajka. I first met him while I was in college from 1988 to 1992 with his son (my very good friend Paul). He was always kind and had a good sense of humor. I will forever remember his quiet gentle demeanor. God bless.
