To the family of John:
We are truly saddened by the passing of John. He has been a true friend of both of us since I first met him in the early sixties in Dilworth. We are unable to visit with you tonight and want you to know how deeply sorry we are for your loss.

I met John at lunch in Las Vegas 7 years ago. Due to his genuine interest in people and his friends in particular, he passed my business card to a friend of his. That friend is now a valued employee and friend of mine. The Denny family should be proud.
