Jack changed hundreds of student lives in his career as a automotive teacher at Renton Technical College. He was the go to in the local community for help with automotive repairs, with he and his students serving mostly those who were impoverished and couldn't afford a for profit repair shop. Although he lived in Kirkland, his heart was always back in his hometown of Anaconda.
