John was one of my oldest childhood friends. We went to Holy Trinity and Tech together, lifted weights in his basement and spent untold hours at McDonalds...I think of him often and will miss him.

I knew John when he first began his battle with Frontotemporal Dementia, and even with the misfortune he was handed he still had a laugh and smile that could light up a room. He may not have been able to state what he wanted to say, but when you looked into those blue eyes you could just tell...
