Dear Jack & Kathleen;
Sending our deepest sympathy across the miles to both of you on your loss of husband & father. John's parents & our parents had known each other growing up as kids so that is how we got to know the family.

John was one of my oldest childhood friends. We went to Holy Trinity and Tech together, lifted weights in his basement and spent untold hours at McDonalds...I think of him often and will miss him.

I knew John when he first began his battle with Frontotemporal Dementia, and even with the misfortune he was handed he still had a laugh and smile that could light up a room. He may not have been able to state what he wanted to say, but when you looked into those blue eyes you could just tell... We had plenty on fun on our sundays, and even an adventure or two on the open road, but it was always a great time... I wish I would have known John before, but I am honored to have known him and his family at all... John and his family are the kind of people that would open the hearts and home to anyone they met, and befriended... He loved animals, and I am sure Kathleen has gotten over wanting to kill me for intruducing a puppy into the mix and giving both John and Jack the desire to want crazy Scout.... We will love and miss you, and you will be my heart forever.. Good bye John... Forever a friend...

My "baby" brother was a great guy with a terrific, dry sense of humor and an infectious laugh. I treasure the happy memories of our times together. My love to all the rest of his family who will miss his smile, as I do.

Dear Kathy and Jack,
We were saddened to learn of your loss. Whenever Johnny and I paths meet me made me smile and laugh. I know he meant a real deal to my father . My Dad had great stories about Johnny as a boy involving bikes, bow and arrows and sporting events. I always appreciated when he visited my father in the hospital and would draw up on the grease board a creative cartoon that only he could create. You are in our warmest thoughts and prayers....Neil and Lynn Dombrowski and family.
