Please accept my deepest sympathy. I knew John as a young lawyer at Hall Estill in the late 1970's/early 1980's. He was a perfect example of what a lawyer should be -- brilliant, incisive, always calm, and a man of the highest integrity. Moreover, he was such a kind and considerate person, not to mention the fact that he had a great sense of humor.
