Not sure what to say?

I think of Dr. Fahy every day and miss him terribly.

I knew Dr. Fahey as a child. I was close friends with his daughter, Julie, while at Cathedral. I remember Dr. Fahey being so kind. I will always think of him with a smile on my face. My prayers go out this family at this time.

I knew Dr. Fahey as a child. Julie, his daughter, and I were best friends for several years. I remember Dr. Fahey being one of the kindest people I has ever met. I will always think of him with a smile on my face.

Dr. Fahey was a true gentleman, well respected and loved. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to work for and with him at the Bellona office. My condolences to the Fahey family. May God comfort your hearts with sweet memories.

Dear Betty,
My sincere condolences. Only found out when your dear husband was prayed for at Mass on Sunday. May he rest in peace.

In my rush to attend Dr. Fahey's funeral on Saturday, I didn't realize that I could have met his wonderful family at Ruck's.
I am particularly indebted to Dr. Fahey for his fine hand in my surgery to correct a
badly broken ankle. Other doctors had said I would have a permanent limp.
But lucky me. after staying in St. Joseph's for a few days for the swelling to go down, I "drew" Dr. Fahey, at 3 a.m. in the morning, and thus I have absolutely no limp and will always be grateful...

My sympathy to the family. May you find comfort knowing that God is near you and is a refuge during this difficult time.
Psalms 9:9

The Stiemly family was privileged to know Dr. Fahey not only as an orthopedist but also as a friend. He first treated my mother in law in the 1950s at the old St. Joseph Hospital on Caroline Street. He and Jean were both of Irish descent which gave them an instant connection.

I first met him in October 1965 at the same facility after a painful ambulance ride and an even more excruciating trip over the cobblestone drive way. He was very patient when I refused to let the nurses cut...

My mother, Katherine Wise, was Dr. Fahey's secretary for many years. She always spoke very highly of him. He treated me for a bad knee, and I remember him as a good doctor and a fine gentleman.
