I didn't know John very well, but he was a neighbor of mine and was always very friendly. In the short time I knew him, I could see all the wonderful things in him that were mentioned in the beautiful tribute above, especially that smile of his. Our deepest condolences to John's family, especially his kids. This has to be the hardest loss to go through. You are not alone in feeling such a loss.
