JOHN H. FISHER
MAY 22, 1927 - JUL 13, 2018
John H. Fisher was born on May 22, 1927 to William and Mable Fisher in Grand Rapids, MI. He passed away of natural causes in Merced, CA. John served in the United States Army as an engineer and he worked primarily with flight simulators. His work took him on many travels throughout the world such as Florida, New York, Texas, Memphis, Hawaii and Okinawa, Japan. John was a member of the Methodist Church; he belonged to the Coin Collectors Club; he was an active member of the Merced Senior Center; enjoyed traveling in the United States and abroad and lived in Japan and Korea.
John is preceded in death by his parents William and Mable and his sister Marjorie Dykzeul. He is survived by his wife Kiiko Fisher and his step-children Karl Muller of Bonita, CA and Tony Muller of Terrell, TX.
There will be a funeral service held for John on Friday, July 20, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at Stratford Evans Merced Funeral Home, located at 1490 B Street, Merced, CA.
