Dr.john was the most caring, loving human I have had the privilege of knowing and considering him a friend beside being the family doctor , he was and always will be Our HERO

Sincere condolences to his family and those that knew and loved him. He was a kind and compassionate man dedicated to his family and his profession - May he rest in peace

Our prayers and deepest sympathy are with Dr. Fitzpatrick's family. I have fond memories of doing surgery with Dr. Fitzpatrick at Bergan surgery. He was a kind, compassionate person and talented surgeon.

John was my Mother's ( passed away Oct. 2024 ) doctor. When John retired, Anne was our doctor. We both spoke very highly of John as well as Dr.Anne. Two great physicians ! RIP John
