No matter what the longevity or the accomplishments, there is never a good time to lose a mate. 69 years is a feast of marital love that I know enhanced the three generations of Furths you both were and are able to witness. May his memory continue to be a blessing to all those he touched in his life and all those who loved him. With profound condolence, Tovah Feldshuh with Andrew H. Levy

John and I worked together during the 20 years that I led the Grand Street Settlement. He was a wise adviser, supporter and friend. Condolences to Hope and family. Warm regards, Margarita Rosa

John: You were a great friend and helped my parents in so many ways. You were also a great friend and so helpful to the entire Lang family. I'm so sad at your passing.
