Dr. Gamble was an authentic personality and true statesman. When he served in the General Assembly I enjoyed those times when I got to work with him, even when he did not support my client's position. What a gentleman. And I was so pleased that we continued to stay in contact via email up until last year. I share his family's sense of loss. May he rest in peace.

Worked on the staff when Dr. Gamble was there. He was truly a representative for the people of NC. He will surely be missed and I am so glad I had the opportunity of meeting and working with him.

I enjoyed working for Rep. Gamble when he was in the General Assembly. Very thoughtful, fair, and a kind man. We miss his type in the Assembly.
