I just learned of John's passing while visiting my family. He was a great friend in high school and at FSU. We shared many good times and laughs together in his green Firebird. I will always remember his great sense of humor and very quick wit. John always had a comeback! I will miss you John. Thanks for being an important part of my high school memories. I am proud to know that you returned to teach at FLHS.

My memories of John are old, but strong. They all involve a smile and kind word from him. We went to school together all the way from Bayview through FLHS. Thank you, John, for your kindness. I can still feel it and am happy to learn that you shared your goodness with today's Flying L's. You will be missed and remembered.

Sorry to hear of John's passing. I lost touch with him when he left commercial real estate, but he was a solid guy and always a pleasure to be with. My condolences to Lib, Lea, and Steve.
