My sincerest and heartfelt condolences to the family.
I went to grammar school with Frank and have wonderful childhood memories of fun times. He was a wonderful person, funny and full of life. I am glad I got to see him at our 40th grammar school reunion a few years ago. Rest In Peace my dear friend.
