I knew John in college, and he was one of the best people I've ever known: kind, smart, generous, talented. May his memory be a blessing.

John was such a kind soul who will be missed by many. Although I only knew him this year he left a great impact on my family. My mom was his fiancé and he had a special friendship with my 3 year old daughter, who he had such patience with. We are all better for having know him. He had a special ability to appreciate and capture beauty, we should all do more of that. I feel so blessed to have hundreds of amazing maternity and family photos he took just 1 week before he passed. I will...

John was soft spoken, bright, skilled, with a subtle sense of humor, and I was lucky to have him as a friend. I'll always think of him when I see the NY Giants playing on TV. Rest in peace John.
