Not sure what to say?

A gentleman at large and a looker. Enjoyed his company and his admiration, in my youth. The group at the time included, Rose, Ross, Silver, Knox, Kent, Sobel,Ryan, Wagman, among others and little "younger " me. Gone but never forgotten. Good Memories. Robert.

My deepest condolences to the Grand family; uncle John was one of the classiest, kindest most dapper gentleman, always warm and loving with a big contagious smile. He will be missed and remembered with great fondness from this Thompson niece . I am so grateful I got to hug him last summer. Xx Carolynne Thompson

Sympathy to your loved ones...

David, I'm so sorry to hear this. It's always heartbreaking when someone we love goes before us: ( I hope happy memories help you through this very difficult time❤

David I am so sorry to hear of John's passing. May your memories sustain you through this difficult time. Sending prayers of comfort and strength.

In less then six months, this is too much. My sincerest condolences I extend to Rob and Rosemary. Your three brothers are a great tribute to your father, James R Grand Sr. I never met you, David, but be comforted in knowing that your John is now with Jim and Richie.

Condolences to Johns family and friends. Special memories of a kind generous man. We met many years ago at D&P Florist in Rosedale. John would buy lunch or pick up the broom when he visited. Once he made a comment that stuck with me all these years! You are only as good as your people, he said. John was absolutely right! Good Speed John.

My deepest condolences to John's family. I had the honour of working in the furniture dept. of Grand & Toy. John was a true gentleman and a great boss. Cynthia Brown (Elchuk)
