John "Tom" GUSSEL

Worked for Tom in the mid 1970s at Ad Lit. He took us all on a trip to Aspen and stayed at his condo. He was quite the guy.

Sorry to read of the passing of a favorite high school sports opponent and friend. Gus was a great guy and one I always enjoyed playing against. Just a tremendous person and friend. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

Tom was a true friend who "Always" took time to chat or at least say hi. I first methim as a team-mate in high school, where as an upper classman he took this lowly Freshman under his wing and made him feel wanted. I had the privlege of being a team-mate and friend for many years after that. As a freshman on the football team, I will always remember the Gussel victory chant on the way to the field we were playing on.
