Dear Hanley family please accept my condolences. Coach Hanley was a huge part of Arlington High School and a true legend in our community. He wasn't just a football coach-he coached many sports and was an amazing teacher too. As a football player, I spent countless hours on the field with him and remember his consistency and passion for the game. His love of coaching and dedication to his students were truly inspiring. So sorry to hear about the passing of Coach Hanley. I enjoyed playing football for him. His service to Arlington is an amazing achievement. He was a dedicated family man and husband. Like my dad, I firmly believe that all coaches go to heaven. RIP. Jim Lavery
