Harvey was my mentor, role model and the most sweetest, kind and generous man I have ever known. I loved him like a father and he loved me like a son. He hired me to take over Legal Systems upon his retirement. He believed in me so much that he took his retirement earlier than planned. Through many years we kept in close contact.
