My deepest condolences to Jack's family and friends. We (myself, Jon, Zachary, and Lucas) met Jack about 2 years ago at Saint Patrick Saint Anthony's. He sat in the pew behind us and the boys (Zachary and Lucas)took a shine to him immediately with that warm and gentle smile of his. The boys are now 5.
