Connie, we were saddened to hear of John's passing. We regret being out of town this week and unable to express our sympathy in person. We both valued John's friendship, having the opportunity to work with him as part of the Allen County Sheriff Reserves and in the 911 Center...Rex and Anita Bowliin

Connie and family,
I am deeply sorry for your loss. John was always a pleasure to work with and be around. He was an outstanding dispatcher and I always knew he was giving me the best information he could get when giving me an assignment.
May the Lord bless and keep you in your time of loss.
