Cathe, I am so very saddened to read about your husband, and how much my thoughts are with you in your sorrow. All my love, Abbie (Bradford)

John was truly a kind soul. I will miss sharing gardening stories with him. He always had the best tomatoes! I am so glad I got the opportunity to know him. My heartfelt condolences to James, Cathe and everyone who loved him, may he rest in peace.

Cathe and James - May the experiences you created together and laughter you shared bring you comfort now and in the future. May John´s memory be for a blessing.

Cathe and James, you have my sincere condolences. I understand the grief and hope you are comforted by what a good man John was. Bethany Nicholson

Cathe and Family. I am beyond sorrow to learn of John´s death. Having worked many years with him when he served on the board of the Ingram-White Castle Foundation, I knew him as compassionate, kind, and dedicated to doing the right and moral thing for the most needy in our community. I know that words are not adequate, but my deepest condolences. Ann Bryson

So sorry to hear about John"s death. He will be missed by so many. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

John was a dear friend and valued neighbor in Gahanna. He was always interested in vital and always made good suggestions, and had an attentive ear to everything that was going on around him. He was always part of the answer, and never part of the problem. He will be missed by our neighborhood and the Columbus community in general. He was an active participant always and always thoughtful and kind. With love to Cathi and James from Teckie and Don Shackelford.
