I was so saddened and sorry to hear the news about my dear friend John. I met John 18 years ago and felt an instant connection that seemed like I had known him my entire life. John was truly "One of a kind!!" His sense of humor was second to none would have me laughing for days. I will never forget how he would encourage my wife Helen to give me a hard time and to not believe a word I said. Even though he could keep you entertained he had a heart that was caring and warm. Just wanting to let you know your in my thoughts and prayers. I will always remember John and how he made people laugh all the time. I remember thinking he was the oldest person I ever knew who got their first job because he became a surgeon, never really realizing it took that long to do. May he rest in peace in true peace now and if there is ever anything you need just give a yell !
