Not sure what to say?

John was SPECIAL and will remain in my heart forever and if I am lucky we will meet again. I am man enough to say I tear up when I think of John and miss him very much. I wish I recorded some of our frequent phone conversations.... he was a pick-me-up kind of guy and he will continue to be a part of my life. Love you like my son John.

As my Frank got older, he frequently said "I get more out of talking with John than he realizes". Without a doubt he considered John as part of our family. His dry sense of humor was one of a kind. I truly believe the respect and love he has for John is what made Frank see John as his fourth son. The last conversation Frank had with John, he said "please remember to cut a hole in the fence for me". Stay strong Kathy and God Bless you and your family.

Kathy, John and Michael,
It has been difficult to find the correct words for you during this time except for love. I have been blessed to know John for nearly 43 years and love is the best adjective for John. I will never forget the first time I met you and John said to me "Mary will you talk some more, I like your accent" This came as an absolute surprise to me because I didn't think I had an accent. When I married Dave and became part of this family, before the ceremony John asked me...

To our dearest friends!
John will be sorely missed. His wit lives on in Michael and John! His love and respect for Kathy was evident, as was his love for his sons and daughter in law Krista! He was a true friend, offering his help when in need! He made us all laugh, and in time we'll smile again!
You made the world a better place my friend!
With our love,

Kathy and boys. John was a great friend to us and we will miss him. I think about all of the good times we shared over the last 36 years. Us Philly guys always had a lot of neighborhood stories to share. God be with you and the guys.

So very sorry for your loss. John was a wonderful man. Our thoughts & prayers are with you.
