I shared a lot of laughs with John. Technically, he was my boss back when I was a young Hollywood writer with no immediate family on the west coast. John was a friend and mentor. He will always have a special place in my heart. Please accept my sincere condolences.

John was a brilliant colleague I admired. He had vision and the ability to have other understand and execute. He shared his vision in a way others could understand and follow.
