We at Rolling Thunder Ma Ch 2 are so sorry for your lost. Rest in peace brother.

My deepest condolences to his family for such a heartbreaking loss. I was fortunate enough to meet John when he first began working as a case manager, and consider myself lucky to have trained him, met him and worked with him. His helicopter collection and stories, his dedication to our clients and our country and his willingness to help out are things I will never forget. I admired him, especially when running the tough ruck! You will be missed. Thoughts and prayers to your family. Rest in...

Though I was only privileged to know John while serving with him in Afghanistan, every memory of him is a good one. He would greet us on the flight line with a smile and a hug. I'm proud to say I knew John and served with him.
May his memories be a blessing to everyone, and his life celebrated that we knew him. My thoughts and prayers are with all his family and friends in this difficult time.

John, you really were a shining star as someone just posted of you. You were kind, giving and you helped a boatload of people, including me. You literally and figuratively leave us big shoes to fill. Love ya, man. Todd S
