My deepest condolences to his family for such a heartbreaking loss. I was fortunate enough to meet John when he first began working as a case manager, and consider myself lucky to have trained him, met him and worked with him. His helicopter collection and stories, his dedication to our clients and our country and his willingness to help out are things I will never forget. I admired him, especially when running the tough ruck! You will be missed. Thoughts and prayers to your family. Rest in peace

Though I was only privileged to know John while serving with him in Afghanistan, every memory of him is a good one. He would greet us on the flight line with a smile and a hug. I'm proud to say I knew John and served with him.
May his memories be a blessing to everyone, and his life celebrated that we knew him. My thoughts and prayers are with all his family and friends in this difficult time.

Heartbroken to hear of John's passing. I worked with John in the Malden office and sat across from him. He was so kind and always had wonderful things to say about his family and his time spent fighting for our country. Prayers to your loving family. Fly high and God bless.

I had the pleasure of working alongside John at the New Market Square Office. It was an honor to work alongside a true hero. I'm heartbroken hearing this news. I worked with John in Boston at the Newmarket Sq. office. He was an uncommonly kind and considerate friend. He knew how to laugh and he knew when to listen. John was the kind of person you would search out on a Monday morning so you could tell him about your weekend. I'm sorry to have not been better about keeping in touch over the years. He will be missed.

Words cannot describe the inexpressible sadness which I know I and many others feel. John was a truly phenomenal man who exemplified nothing short of honor, respect, integrity and kindness. I am truly appreciative to not have only had the opportunity to call him my co-worker but also a friend. Some people come into our lives if only for a short season but have such a profound impact on our hearts and souls. John was that person for me. My heart and condolences go out to his family and friends and all who mourn the loss of his beloved spirit. He will be forever missed until we meet again in paradise. The office is always a happier place when John is there, always with a huge smile, the best hugs and friendliest of hellos. I always looked forward to the next welcome back upon his many returns from selflessly serving our country. It is with a heavy, heavy heart finding out today that this time, our shining light is not coming back to us. Our hearts are broken for your loss. We have known John for 50 years and so proud of the man he became. He overcame some obstacles which made him even stronger and more compassionate. My heart is broken to hear of John's passing. He was such a funny, crazy, high spirited guy. I'm so very happy he found the love of his life, followed his dreams in the military and enjoyed his full but short life.
