I REMEMBER DR.MCNAMARA WITH GREAT FONDNESS DURING THE YEARS I WORKED IN THE ER AT BROCKTON HOSPITAL. HE WAS NEVER TO BUSY TO COME AND CARE FOR A CHILD WHO WAS VERY ILL. HE WAS ALWAYS SO KIND AND CARING TO ALL CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES. MY CONDOLENCES TO MRS. MCNAMARA AND ALL YOUR FAMILY. THANK YOU FOR THE COMPASSIONATE CARE AND DIGNITY YOU GAVE HIM IN DEALING WITH HIS ILLNESS. HE WILL BE MISSED BUT NOT FORGOTTEN. I only just learned of Jack's passing. I worked with him for several years at Children and Youth and he was by far one of my most favorite pediatricians to work with. His knowledge and humor were infectious. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

My son, Tristan, and I loved Dr. McNamara. I trusted him completely with the care of my son. The very first time I met him, he was covering for my son's doctor at the office. My son was having a severe allergic reaction, and Dr. McNamara took control of the situation with such care and knowledge. I don't even remember the name of my son's other pediatrician. He called my son Champ and I very proudly gave a picture of my son with a straw hat on to hang in his office with the other...
