I'm so sorry for your loss. Although I don't remember much since I was very young, I know that Dr. McNamara was my pediatrician. May he rest in peace, and may your family find comfort in knowing he touched many lives.

My deepest condolences for my beloved Uncle Jack. I have fond memories of our gatherings on Appletree Lane. Uncle Jack always would make me smile and laugh. Our trip to Amelia Island was wonderful, he brought me to be his caddy on the golf course. We had so much fun. He always complimented me on my photographs. Uncle Jack was an all around wonderful man. My condolences to the McNamara family. If it´s the same Dr McNamara, I couldn´t have been more than 3 years old when he was my pediatrician at the office on Mott Ave in the early 70s. However, I remember calling him "Dr. Merry Mac Mac." May he rest in peace.

My sincere condolences to the McNamara Family for the loss of a great man and excellent Doctor.My now 53 year old twin daughters were treated by Dr McNamara for many years starting at birth.He was a very sweet man and not only was excellent in his field but made everyone feel very comfortable and love him for his great personality.
