I did not Know John well, But he always greeted me with a smile and phenomenal customer service. I have been a customer of Pinnacle for 15 plus years and made a point of going to his drive through because he always went above and beyond and i trusted him. I was shocked to hear of his passing and wanted you to know he made an impression and will be missed.

My name is Teairra Gates and Im a customer of Pinnacle Bank. Every Friday Mr. John would give my little kids lollipops. He always made their day with their treats and would wave good bye always. Our last trip was on 07/3 so we missed a whole 2 weeks going to the bank. Upon our arrival this morning(07/20) I was heart broken to learn hed passed away. The kids saw his picture and asked what happened to him. This was the only time they had not received their treat from Mr. John. They called him...

We were so saddened and shocked, he will be missed greatly. He always had such a great smile and personality when we used the drive up at the bank on a weekly basis. Prayers are with his family and his bank family.

So sorry to hear of Johns passing the other day. I know he will be greatly missed as are his parents that preceded him in death.

I just found out this afternoon about Mr. John. My family will miss him dearly. We were so sad to hear about Johns passing. He waited on my husband and I for years at the bank. We always enjoyed seeing him. On Fridays he always ask if we were going to Moes restaurant to eat as we always saw each other there having dinner. John was a kind man we will miss him so much! We are so sorry for your loss. I pray that you will feel Gods peace and He will give you strength as you grieve for your brother. With our deepest sympathy, Vicki and Paul Scott

I know John will be missed by many. I knew him through the Sheriff's Office. He was so kind and always made me laugh. Although I had not seen him in many years, I was blessed to have known him.

John was always an easy person to work with, kind and considerate. Knew him from Murfreesboro Bank & Trust days. We both shared a love of automobiles. My condolences to his family, friends, and co-workers. He was a fine person and will be missed.
