Not sure what to say?

We were so sorry to hear about Dr.Neal,he was a wonderful doctor and a very caring person. We had complete trust in him and he was the most kind and entertaining person we have ever known. You will be sorely missed, Doc, we loved you so much and will always remember you.

He was one of "The Greatest Generation" and will be missed by so many. Our community will never be the same. I loved to hear his stories and learned so much from them. I feel very fortunate that he was a dear friend to my family and am so grateful to have had him in our lives. He lives on in our hearts and our memories.

My family and I loved and admired Dr. Neal. He was a very intelligent man that loved sharing his knowledge with others every chance he got. His big heart was given to all who knew him. His love and compassion for people made him the great doctor and friend that he was. To the family we offer our sincere condolences. To my dear cousin, Iris, I love you and I am here for you in this time of deep sorrow and heartache.

To the Neal family, I offer my sincere condolences. Dr. Neal delivered me in 1960 and was my family doctor until I moved away from the area in 1989. Dr. Paul Neal remains my dentist and he and Becky are very dear to me and my husband. You are in my thoughts during this difficult time. I will never forget your Dad. Love ya.

doc neal was a good man.

Dr. Neal was so much more than a physician....he was a hero to many of us. As my sister has always said, he did not go into medicine to become rich. He became a doctor because he wanted to help people...AND help people he did. My family and I are blessed to have had the opportunity and honor of knowing him, loving him, and learning from him. I willmiss all your stories from your days at "State College". Thank you, Doc!!!! We will truly miss you! We will miss visiting you and Peewee! This...

Like many others, I knew of Dr. Neal only by reputation, but I did know his daughter, Frazier. She is good, kind and loving individual and I know that was learned at her parents knees. I believe, having heard all the good Dr. Neal did, he was met in heaven with 'well done, good and faithful servant'.

Ninna, my sincere condolences to you and your family. "He done good," as we say here in the South. What a wonderful life he led. Give your mom a hug, and yourself as well. Take care.

Philip, I was sorry to hear that your dad passed. Our prayers are with you and your family.
