I want to thank all of you who have signed this gues book. Your sentiments and memories are treasures to us all. I will miss my father tremendously as he was my best friend. Keep him in your hearts as we will and remember his laughter and joy.

I had the pleasured of working with John for over a year at the front desk of the Opryland Hotel. He was wonderful man who spoke of NY and his love for his family. I won't forget his laugh! He was always very kind and wonderful person. John came across to me like a person who had a wonderful and amazing life, which you could learn so much from and never get tired of hearing his stories and adventures. I was blessed to know him that short period of time. My condolences to his family.

I am thankful that I was blessed to have been able to call John a friend. I met John while I was working at the hotel and I adored him. I am going to miss John so much. I remember when I was down he always had a way to lift my spirits. John was definitely someone who grew on you. The more that you talked to him the more that liked him and truly appreciated the gift of his friendship. You could talk to him about something very personal and you knew that it was safe with him and he usually...

No bond is as great as that between a parent and child. My deepest condolences are with you as you grieve.

I was a classmate of John's at Christ the King for eight years. It's always so sad to hear about the passing of one of our classmates. Please know that John and his family will be in my prayers.

It was a pleasurer to live across the alley from the O'Maras in Louisville. We had a great time taking photos at the Derby. He will be in my prayers.

I met John through outings to see two Loreena McKennitt concerts with his kind brother Kevin and wife Oreta in Tennessee. He is a good soul. It was so nice to be able to have seen his history in photos at http://www.omaralabor.com/family/jom-pictures/
I can see that God blessed him with a beautiful family.

John and I sat next to each other in the seventh grade at Christ the King.
