PALMISANO John J. Palmisano, of Marrero, LA on Thursday, January 5, 2006 at 11:40 AM. Beloved husband of the late Rosalie Saladino Palmisano. Father of Daniel Palmisano, Gloria Bourgeois, Robert Palmisano, David Palmisano, and Larry Palmisano. Brother of Marie P. Levron, Marguerite P. Hauser, and the late Angelina Bertucci, Frank Palmisano, Walter Palmisano, and Joseph Palmisano, Jr. Son of the late Joseph and Lena Palmisano, Sr. Also survived by 10 granddaughters and 7 great grandchildren. Father-in-law of Sabrina Palmisano, Katherine Palmisano, Monique Palmisano, and Bobby Bourgeois. Mr. Palmisano was a WWII Veteran and a retired truck farmer. Age 89 years. Relatives and friends of the family, also officers and members of LA Farm Bureau, VFW Post 6793, Am. Legion Post 222, and employees of Bell South and Jefferson Parish Drainage Dept. are invited to attend the Funeral Mass from the Chapel of WESTSIDE/LEITZ-EAGAN FUNERAL HOME, 5101 Westbank Expressway, Marrero, LA on Tuesday, January 10, 2006 at 1:00 PM. Interment in Westlawn Park Cemetery in Gretna, LA. Visitation on Tuesday, January 10, 2006 from 9:00 AM until 1:00 PM. Information: 341-9421.
