Not sure what to say?

To an amazing man (with one of the strongest handshakes). Rest In Peace John Panas. Hey

I worked at Milkmaid as one of my first jobs and Mr. Panas was always very nice to me and I enjoyed working there. I have fond memory's of Milkmaid and remember Mr. Panas fondly.

On behalf of the Nicoletti's brothers. We like to extend our deepest condolences to Nick and Joanne.

Sal Nicoletti,

Brentwood, California

Marco and Elisabeth

The kind and gentle person he was, I'm sure the one who made him, realized how special he was, to be left in the midst of this cruel world. He belongs to a place that is kind, a place that is away from all the hassles of this world. May his spirit experience celestial peace and heavenly bliss. We met and worket with him for so many years at Playland Sweet Shop and the memories of those days will always be in our hearts.

Very sorry to hear about John/Mr Panas' passing. I worked for 2.5 year at Milk Maid in the mid to late 70s + my brother, Tommy, also worked there later. I also would see him often swimming at the White Plains Y in the 80s when I life guarded there. He was a great man, definitely a tough boss too, but a good one! Have many fond memories of my time working at Milk Maid with Mr. Panas & the store is etched in White Plains history! Also want to say I'm impressed at Mr. Panas' service in WW...

Joanne and Nick - We were so sorry to hear of your Dad's passing. He was quite a man. Although he was a tough boss we all have fond memories of our years working at The Maid. Please know you're in our thoughts and prayers.

Joanne, Tom, Kelly, Gina and Nick, so sorry to hear of your dad's passing. He was a great man and will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

On behalf of his AHEPA Chapter, Evzone, New Rochelle 405, the more than 150 Brothers extend their condolences to his family. Brother Panas was an outstanding American, serving his country; a proud Greek Orthodox servant with numerous community accomplishments and an AHEPAN with life time credentials. No commentary would be complete, without mentioning he was a strong and passionate supporter of the winningest team in sports, The New York Yankees.

I worked at Milk Maid through College and Law School and was there the day it closed. I learned quite a bit from John Panas and as tough a boss as he could be (which was pretty tough)I liked and respected him very much.
