Not sure what to say?

As I mentioned earlier, John was a wonderful friend, a great fighter pilot, and a cherished mentor. I will never forget him. Blessings to his family.

So sad, I just discovered, John has passed. John was my boss whilst we worked for Cincinnati Milacron. I meet John lovely wife when they came down to Australia for work. John was a great and honest man. He supported me when I needed him, he was always there. A great loss to mankind and I was glad I knew him. May he rest in Peace. Pat O´Doherty (Ireland)

I am sorry to hear of John's passing. I knew the Peebles family when I lived in Lyons Ohio. I knew Amy and Ina. I did not know John well but I remember that great things were expected of him. It seems that he did not disappoint. I tan across his obituary while searching for his sister. They wete a family who left an impression on me.

Sorry for your loss.

I served with John (Peebs) in the 180th in Toledo and just learned of his passing. The other thing we had in common was serving in Vietnam and being Fulton county residents.

Along with Nelson and Marilyn Showalter we just learned of John´s death. Our sympathy to you Barb and to your family on John´s death. Our memories go back to January 24, 1969 when we all started TWA together. John was the shining star of our class and when he went on to big and better things, we weren´t surprised. We are saddened by your loss.

Roy and I were so sad to hear of John’s passing. We saw the flyover in his honor. We will keep you and your loved ones in our prayers. We miss you, Barbara.
Peace
Judy and Roy Hern

Barb, I was so sorry to hear of the passing of John. Sending prayers that you might remember the wonderful life you had together. In sympathy, Elizabeth Moore

To Barb and my cousins Dick, Amy, Ina, Juell, Lois, and Randy my deepest condolences regarding John. I joined all of you via the video service and really enjoyed hearing more about him. Some things I do recall being told, or in letters, from your mom. Dad (Uncle Spencer) was proud of him I am sure due to his service to our country and his sister’s feelings. (I have a picture of Dad that resembles John in some ways, the hair and face shape.) Peace and comfort to you all. Love, Patty...
