Not sure what to say?

John was the greatest brother-in-law a guy could have. I have never met a kinder, generous, even tempered man in my life. I learned a lot from John and miss his visits to Germany. I can't believe it has already been 11 years since he died. I think of him often and will always miss him.

Brought back great memories of a really good man. During my life I have met many people. A few of which are in a category of unique & very special John was so inspiring. So encouraging. Never give up attitude along with anything is possible At the same time ... always fune to be around. Laughing was a huge part of his DNA. Live. Love and Laugh fit a good description of him Always will remember him & his influence on my life

Dear Ellen,
I am so very sorry about John's sudden passing. I feel embarrassed to tell you that I just found out about his passing today. I knew John from the YMCA. He was such a nice man..you had a very kind, humorous and good hearted husband. He would always take the time to say hello..a very positive and genuinely nice person. I know that your entire family will miss him very dearly. Please accept my sincere condolences.

Dear Ellen, separation is probably to be called death, because who knows where we go; death is only one short separation on a quick REUNION. Here an angel flies high up, and pays attention from today to you. We are everybody very much shaken about the sudden death of JOHN. We are in thoughts always with you dear ULNAE..... We recite for him and of course also for you you the strength with God finds. Would be pressed quite firmly by us from brook Grünmors Helmut Michaela Carina Nico Sina Nevio...

I am so overwhelmed with all the kind words from everybody and the loving thoughts that our family, friends and neighbors have expressed.
John was the most wonderful husband anyone could wish for.
I will Love him forever.
Many Thanks, Ellen Sampson and his little princess Chanel

Thank you all for your kind thoughts and words. My older (not twin) brother will be sadly missed. In his ever positive manner though, I'm sure he'd prefer we celebrate his life rather mourn his death. He certainly had a great outlook on life. To John, every stranger was simply a friend he hadn't met. Sincere thanks, Noel.

Thanks for the kind words everyone.
