I have many fond memories of my visits with Sam and Doris down on the creek. Sam always sent me home with some of his bounty from the land or the creek. My sympathy and prayers are with all of you at this time and in the days ahead - Cousin Frederick

John & Doris were our good neighbor friends for over twenty years. We note his passing with sadness but good memories of a fine man. Sam loved the outdoors and often shared tasty items from his bountiful garden. He also gave us goodies from his fishing and crabbing expeditions.
Whenever we look at his old homestead next doors we will always have great remembrances of two wonderful and unique characters in Sam and Doris. We hope Sam has joined Doris in a better place and we pass our sincere condolences to his family.
