Not sure what to say?

Our hearts go out to Amy and Mark and their families. Mr. Schalles was a real gentleman, a truly decent man, and a devoted Christian. I recall that his greeting was always accompanied by his sweet smile. Dear Amy,

What a lovely obituary for an exceptional man. I don't think there was a Sunday morning that I didn't see your Dad at church even as a tot. I fondly remember him as a kind and friendly man and also your mom as a very sweet lady.
It's always heartbreaking to lose a parent but how fortunate for you and your family to have had him for so long. God bless him and god bless you.

Sincerely, Judy Garrahan
