Vicki and family, I am so sorry for your loss.

My deepest condolences to the John Shoop family. News of John´s death rocked my world. Memories of John, Carolyn, Jack, Willis & Hazel came flooding back. We were toddlers together separated by a fence with holes in it. We spent hours playing & growing up together. Shoop´s moved away & John was probably the only person in the Cuba HS class of 1965 to go to a one room school. Both of our families moved to a farm, joined 4H, raised sheep, & attended Cuba grade & HS. We were off to college & on...

Sincerest condolences to the Shoop family. John was an institution in the world of rotary screw compressor technology & innovation. A class act, nice man, & consummate professional all the way. Sure he displayed the same attributes with his family and friends too! I know he fulfilled his mission as God intended and know he is in his loving arms & looking down from up above. Rest In Peace John! One of the greats in compressors & drills industry. He will be missed for his guidance and always willing to help with a great smile - lifestyle!

Vary sad. I have not seen John in a while and now will be truly missed. He was my first boss at Joy MFG. back in 78 and 79 when I was still in High School. Then a few years later he was my boss, friend and mentor at Sullair for many years. Will miss him but not the memories. RIP.

A real blessing to have known John over the last 40 years. His wisdom and ability to deal with difficult issues was well respected. A man you could count on as they say. He will be greatly missed Sincerely Robert Cooper Sullair Years

My condolences to the entire Shoop family. John will be missed in so many ways by so many people. He truly was one of the good people in the world. I have know him for 39 years since he hired me out of college. He was not only my boss, but a mentor and a friend. I learned many things from him, but that was only a fraction of all the knowledge he had. I will miss him dearly.
