Not sure what to say?

Being a "Boomer", John, Steve & I initially met in our overflow Mary Lion Freshman class of Steinmetz. Our knowing one another was unavoidable. My last name was Simon, so until we chose our individual pathways we were seated in front of one another. Were we friends? Not exactly. John was quiet & possibly removed. I was neither in his crowd, nor readily welcomed. When our Steinmetz 50th reunion was in its planning stage, I inquired if the Siomos twins would be attending. I'd hoped to laugh &...

I truely started playing the drumset serious after attending my first concert, Peter Frampton "Comes Alive" at Civic Arena Pittsburgh PA back in 1978ish. I was amazed at John's groove and pocket. The way John played the song Doobie Wah put me in a trance. Outstanding! Thank you John for bringen the Drums in life. You are truely missed by many. Condolence to the Family. John

Offering condolences and respect ! Certainly one of the best drummers out of the 70´s. I´ve listened and practiced certain songs he´s done over and over and I just can not play like him ! That´s natural talent. I´m an RN so when I saw he was also an EMT it speaks to his compassion for others. May he rest in peace. He is surely missed by many !

Thank You John Siomos for being the soundtrack to my life. I'm a child of the 70's and your music and drumming are etched into my soul. Much Love & Respect.......

Thanks for the great musicianship. We hope you will always rest in peace and know how much you were appreciated by so many.

Thanx to John Siomos for his Awesome drummin' with Frampton. I will always have him & keepin' his flawless drummin' in very high esteem.
John Siomos lives forever...

I didnt know John but a close friend and fellow musician I played with for many years, Karl Cochran, did. Karl always spoke highly of John and his abilities. John has been a huge influence for me as a drummer. I just wanted to say how much Ive enjoyed his playing and being inspired by it over the years. - James

THE DYNAMO who entertained us. THE ARTIST who suffered more than the greed of thieves. THE CRAFTSMAN who studied, who was impeccable, who filled life with rhythm. THE FAMILY MAN who lost so much but gave to all. THE FREE SPIRIT whose bravery is principle. JTS will not be forgotten. JUDAH, BARB, NICK & Family, feel our love. Fr. DBR, Bklyn, NY 1-19-04

John was a close musical brother and soulmate of mine during my formative daze in the music business. John and I met when we were with Bob Crewe's Record label in 1967-68. I was playing with a group called the Glitterhouse while John was in the label's top act, "Mitch Ryder and the Detroit Wheels". When I helped Mitch Ryder find a new guitar player named Doug Rodriguez from my home town, Great Neck, John and I became friends.
When John and Doug left Mitch Ryder and played with Buzzy...
