Not sure what to say?

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

I just read about the passing of my old buddy John Stravinski. I knew John in New York when I was hanging out with Tommy O'Donnell and Nathan, amongst others, and in Mexico with his beautiful wife, Dava. Rest in Peace old buddy, you were a very funny and cool guy and I'm sure you are very missed by your family and his many friends.

Dear Dava, Louis and Charlie, so saddened to the passing of John. We lived across the street from his parents on Siesta Key in the early 90´s. Dava, you and John were so concerned, when I had my amniocentesis when carrying my daughter and to this day appreciated both of your concern. Are heart goes out to you and boys. Much love, Anita and Katie

I knew John at Kendall College Evanston, Illinois in the mid-60´s . He taught me how to play pool in several pool halls he frequented on Howard Street, at the Evanston/Chicago border. We went off to separate universities to finish college . After that, we had a chance encounter on Nee Years Eve in the 70´s when he was a limo chauffeur and drove a couple I knew to a party in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. He stayed at the party and told me he was going to acting school. It sounds like he had a...

Dear Dava - I lost my brother in 2023 & I know John & Frank were very fond of each other. John was a wonderful friend & so much more. With love to you and the boys! Franny

Talented, amiable and funny. Condolences to his family.

From our first days at school we were competitors at the Illini Union pool hall. Most memorable was John´s on the edge of a table...burning, we went outside and fought. Time out John.

What a coincidence to receive this news today. My husband and I talked about John 2 nights ago with memories of sharing biology table with him (plus Tom & Kevin) as well as very bazaar English class experience. What an unusual and wide career he had. We had enjoyed talking about his experiences at our 50th reunion dinner. Sandy Carter Leister

Great memories of John in High School and - believe it or not - in the Boy Scouts - He is always missed !!
