Not sure what to say?

Sorry to hear about Mr Stripe, another Veteran a wealth of knowledge has passed. May he rest in peace in the Glory of God.

I'm sorry to hear about John's passing. To say John was an interesting man would be an understatement. I know he will be missed by many, and I'm sure glad that I got a chance to know him.

Kathy, I am so sorry. My thoughts and prayers are with you and the rest of the family. There are so many things that impressed me about your Dad. For example as hard as it was to get dressed he always wore a shirt, tie and jacket. He loved to visit and knew so many people and was so interested in them. He was a great man and will be missed by many. - but its time for him to be with Barb. Love and Prayers - Mary

I'm so sorry to hear about John. My trips to Alaska won't be the same without our lunch dates. I'm thankful to have had the chance to get to know him better. He was a great man.

My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Love you,
Jill

Farewell my old buddy and my pal..I will always miss you...Love, Jacob

Listen to the exhortation of the dawn!
Look to this day
For it is life, the very life of life.
In it's brief course lie all of the verities and realities of your existence.
The bliss of growth,
the glory of action,
the splendor of beauty;
For yesterday is but a dream,
and tomorrow is only a vision; but today well lived makes every yesterday a dream of happiness, and every tomorrow, a vision of hope.
Look well therefore to this day!
Such is the salutation of dawn!...

I first met John when I was working at Access Alaska in 1982 - when I arrived in Anchorage. He was a great, caring, person. I am glad I had the opportunity to speak with him a few months ago.

My great grandfather was one of the most wonderful people I ever knew. He would do anything for anyone, and never asked you to return the favor. We've lost someone very special to our family, but heaven gained a greater angel. The best way to look at it is that my great grandfather left this world for a better one. He will be greatly missed by so many, especially us. RIP mine and drew's great grandfather, and aj's great great grandfather.

MY CHILDREN AND I FEEL A HUGE EMPTY
SPOT IN OUR HEARTS RIGHT NOW, WE WILL MISS GRANDPA EVERYDAY.
HE WAS THE STRONGEST PERSON WE KNEW
AND THE OLDER HE WAS THE STRONGER HE BECAME. WE MISS YOU GRANDPA.
LOVE ANGIE,TIFFANY,BRITTNEY,MIKEY
AND A.J.
