Dearest Laura ... So very sorry for your loss. John was a kind and sweet man. I remember him fondly. As you may recall, I rode in John's carpool for many years -- always considerate and always on time. (**) My daughter also rode with John for a while in 1977 as a baby (sitting on the back floorboard) and we would drop her off and pick her up from the sitter. She is now 47. What a memory! I also worked with John when he was a computer operator. My job required having a lot of interaction...

I met John at exercise class at (Washington Water Power) Avista. We ended up running during lunch as we trained to run Bloomsday on company teams for the event. John was the one who kept track of our time and I guided him thru the crowd. He will be missed, good honest hard working man who was good with the numbers.
