I used to call him Dear John. So sad to hear this. My condolences to his wife and family. I had the pleasure to meet him at Saint Marys Health Center and provide care for him so many times as his cna. Good and nice man. Rest in peace Dear John.

When My husband and I were married in 1990, we asked John to do us the honor of reading a passage from the bible for us. He did an outstanding job. He also took many candid shots of our wedding ceremony had them developed and gave them to us after we returned from our honeymoon. We loved Santa John coming into the grocery store in Harwich Port. He had great summer print shirts. He was awesome when he would come in after a Santa gig. His outfit was the most beautiful I've ever seen! He would kneel down to talk to children, then they would hug Santa! He made my heart shine with Christmas Spirit!
