He subsequently served as an Infantry Platoon Leader and Acting Company Commander in Vietnam and as an Intelligence Officer for a second Vietnam tour. Other foreign and stateside service culminated in retirement as a Colonel. After his Army retirement, Jack joined the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) for 15 years of service as a GG-15 Supervisory Intelligence Officer.

I was sorry to see this in doing other research today. My prayers for Carol and family. Made me happy to see the SAR connection. Luther did not live long enough to do his dozen patriots, but Betsy and I and slowly doing them for DAR and Colonial Dames XVII Century. I moved to be near family and guess I will return to VA in a box to join Luther in Section 13 of Arlington.
